SGT KNOTS is a direct-to-consumer brand that cuts out the middleman, allowing us to pass the savings on to you. Our story began when our CEO, Mike Shelley, started the company as a class project during his MBA, making and selling paracord bracelets. Over time, SGT KNOTS has expanded to become a large distributor of all types of rope and cordage, and we are now located in Statesville, North Carolina, about an hour north of Charlotte.

Our PolyPro Dock Line is a versatile, all-purpose cord made of solid braid polypropylene rope, which is cheaper than nylon and polyester without sacrificing performance. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, especially in marine and water-based environments, this braided line offers high abrasion resistance and strength, with relatively low stretch to absorb energy. The smooth sheath ensures it will not twist or unravel.

Crafted with quick-drying Multifilament Polypropylene (MFP) synthetic fibers, our dock line is designed to provide excellent resistance to moisture, UV rays, and general wear and tear. These smooth fibers protect against moisture, oils, abrasions, and all weather conditions, making it an ideal choice for marine and outdoor uses.

You can choose from pre-cut lengths of 15 feet, with diameter thickness options of 1/2 inch or 3/8 inch. Each pack includes two dock lines, available in three color options: black, white, and red/white/blue.
